AGE GROUP: 3RD &4TH GRADE. This is a story based class with arts & crafts, roleplay and games.

HANUMAN, SUPER HERO class covers stories about Hanumanji. Kids learn Hanuman Chalisa and enjoy activities like arts andncrafts, role play and games. 

This class is open to kids in 1st and 2nd grade. The class is storybased with relevant games, arts and crafts and roleplay.

Beginner Bharatanatyam (Ages 8+) Our Beginner Bharatanatyam class is designed for dancers with little to no prior experience, this class focuses on building a strong foundation in understanding technique and rhythm. Students will learn the basic steps, or adavus, while developing posture, alignment, and an understanding of rhythm and counts. Company members represent Moksha Arts at community events, showcases, and competitions, both locally and internationally.   Being part of the Dance Company is a commitment to artistic growth, teamwork, and performance excellence. This class is an introduction to Kathak, one of India’s classical dance forms. Young dancers will explore basic footwork, spins, hand gestures, and simple rhythms while learning how movement can tell a story. Through short combinations, students will begin building coordination, musicality, and confidence. Advanced Kathak This class is designed for experienced Kathak dancers with a strong foundation in technique, rhythm (tala), and storytelling (abhinaya). Dancers at this level will refine their precision in footwork, spins, and complex rhythmic patterns, while also exploring advanced compositions. Emphasis will be placed on stage presence, stamina, and performance quality, helping dancers embody both the technical rigor and grace of Kathak. Adv. Beginner Bharatanatyam (Ages 12-18) This class is designed for dancers who have completed a beginner level in Bharatanatyam and are ready to deepen their training. Indo-Contemporary (Ages 13-18) This class blends the grace and expression of Indian dance with the fluidity and creativity of contemporary movement. Dancers will explore storytelling, emotion, and technique while learning to connect rhythm and flow. Through choreography and cross-cultural movement, students will build strength and flexibility. Moksha Arts Dance CompanyThe Moksha Arts Dance Company is our premier performance group for dedicated dancers ages 7+. Company members represent Moksha Arts at community events, showcases, and competitions, both locally and internationally.   Being part of the Dance Company is a commitment to artistic growth, teamwork, and performance excellence. Dancers train weekly in company rehearsals and are also required to enroll in at least one additional class to continue building strong technique and versatility.   As members, dancers receive unique opportunities including: Performing at special events and cultural festivals Participating in our annual Bollywood Dance Video production (not Mandatory) Working closely with teachers (“Didi”) and student mentors Developing leadership, confidence, and stage presence   The Dance Company is more than a performance group. It’s a supportive community where young dancers grow in skill, discipline, and grace.    NOTE: Due to the high level of interest from dancers ages 7–12, we are offering TWO Level 1 Dance Company options this season: (Monday, 7pm & Thursday, 7pm). This will allow us to keep class sizes manageable and ensure that each dancer receives the individual attention and support they need. Adv. Bharatanatyam (Ages 13-18) This class is for experienced Bharatanatyam dancers with a strong foundation in adavus, rhythm, and technique. Students will refine their skills through advanced adavu combinations, intricate footwork, and deeper exploration of abhinaya (expression).
