Adv. Beginner Bharatanatyam Our Adv. Beginner Bharatanatyam class focuses on building a strong foundation in understanding technique and rhythm. Indo-Contemporary (Ages 13-18) This class blends the grace and expression of Indian dance with the fluidity and creativity of contemporary movement. Dancers will explore storytelling, emotion, and technique while learning to connect rhythm and flow. Through choreography and cross-cultural movement, students will build strength and flexibility. Description: Adv. Bharatanatyam (Ages 14-18) This class is for experienced Bharatanatyam dancers with a strong foundation in adavus, rhythm, and technique. Students will refine their skills through advanced adavu combinations, intricate footwork, and deeper exploration of abhinaya (expression). The class will focus on repertoire pieces, choreography, and performance techniques, while emphasizing stamina, precision, and artistry. Description: This class is an introduction to Kathak, one of India’s classical dance forms. Young dancers will explore basic footwork, spins, hand gestures, and simple rhythms while learning how movement can tell a story. Through short combinations, students will begin building coordination, musicality, and confidence. The main focus is on creating a strong foundation while laying the groundwork for more advanced study in the future. Then, enjoy a special tea party in your tutu after the dancing is done. Girls and boys go beyond just blocks in Construction Junction. This advanced art program lets children learn how to plan, build, and construct their own 3-D art projects! Roads, towers, monuments, and pyramids are just a sample of the structures to be introduced, imagined, and created with wood, collage, cloth, clay, and more.-art

Our program is designed to facilitate children with sensitive needs for ages 4.5 - 7 years. The class focuses on sensory exploration, gymnastics, games, group drills by using a wide variety of state of the art surfaces and manipulatives offered in the gym (trampoline, foam pit, mini trampoline, tumble track, trapeze, sensory swings, mats of all shapes and sizes). Fitness and fun in one class for the child with extra sensitive senses! Along with body control, this class will also focus on the use of communication skills in a social setting. Our gym is full of challenging obstacles for growing muscles and curious minds!-Gym

Kick, punch, and have lots of fun while developing control over body and mind. Children work with a black belt instructor to learn real martial arts through safe exercises which promote speed, agility, flexibility, balance, coordination and discipline. Children will explore a variety of creative expression techniques using props, instruments, and their bodies.
