Shishu vihars are a safe and nurturing space for infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers to start their Bala Vihar Journey. This is a parent and me class. The goal of the curriculum is to promote: Strong bonds between parent and child through active engagement in this class Familiarity with deities in Hindu Culture Propogation of common childhood stories for the dieties Cultural learnings through music and crafts

Moksha Arts Dance Company for Ages 7-18. This dance program is for the more serious dancer. Enrollment is only accepted once a year in September. Students will not be accepted into the program mid-year.    All new students are accepted into Dance Company on a probation. Any dancer who is not able to keep up with the pace of the class or is not retaining corrections after 3 months of class, will be asked to take a break in the Spring. Our program is designed to facilitate children with sensitive needs for ages 4.5 - 7 years. The class focuses on sensory exploration, gymnastics, games, group drills by using a wide variety of state of the art surfaces and manipulatives offered in the gym (trampoline, foam pit, mini trampoline, tumble track, trapeze, sensory swings, mats of all shapes and sizes). Fitness and fun in one class for the child with extra sensitive senses! Along with body control, this class will also focus on the use of communication skills in a social setting.
