Moksha Arts Dance CompanyThe Moksha Arts Dance Company is our premier performance group for dedicated dancers ages 7+. Company members represent Moksha Arts at community events, showcases, and competitions, both locally and internationally.   Being part of the Dance Company is a commitment to artistic growth, teamwork, and performance excellence. Dancers train weekly in company rehearsals and are also required to enroll in at least one additional class to continue building strong technique and versatility.   As members, dancers receive unique opportunities including: Performing at special events and cultural festivals Participating in our annual Bollywood Dance Video production (not Mandatory) Working closely with teachers (“Didi”) and student mentors Developing leadership, confidence, and stage presence   The Dance Company is more than a performance group. Shishu Vihars are a safe and nurturing space for infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers to start their Bala Vihar journey. It is a parent & me class.   The goal of the curriculum is to promote: - Strong bonds between parent and child through active engagement in class - Familiarity with the God and Goddess forms in Hindu Culture - Propagation of the common childhood stories for the Gods and Goddesses - Cultural learning through songs (styled after familiar rhymes) and arts and crafts
