Children work with a black belt instructor to learn real martial arts through safe exercises which promote speed, agility, flexibility, balance, coordination and discipline. Our program is designed to facilitate children with sensitive needs for ages 4.5 - 7 years. The class focuses on sensory exploration, gymnastics, games, group drills by using a wide variety of state of the art surfaces and manipulatives offered in the gym (trampoline, foam pit, mini trampoline, tumble track, trapeze, sensory swings, mats of all shapes and sizes). Fitness and fun in one class for the child with extra sensitive senses! Along with body control, this class will also focus on the use of communication skills in a social setting. Our gym is full of challenging obstacles for growing muscles and curious minds!-Gym

Pirouette and plié! Prima ballerinas will learn new ballet skills and concepts, and improve their balance, rhythm, and flexibility. Then, they’ll enjoy a special tea party and story after the dancing is done.
