This class is open for all those who want to start learning or polishing their knowledge of Sanskrit. The course is a 100 level 8 Credit (4+4) course. Learn the application of Sanskrit grammar using भगवद्गीता, भजगोविन्दम, गीतगोविन्दम् and other texts with शङ्करभाष्यम्, रामनुजभाष्यम where available. Learn Sanskrit Grammar- Applications –Sam 211Session On Wednesdays, 7.30-9.00pm EST 26 Weeks Fee: $250 (per Adult) / $375 (per Couple) Sam 211 Applications of Sanskrit Grammar. This course is open to those who have either taken the basic Sam 112 or with prior knowledge of the subject with the approval of the Instructor. We will make use of the शङ्करभाष्यम् and other commentaries to understand the language and the text being studied. The course is a 200 level 4 Credit, one Semester course with regular homework assignments, quizzes midterms and finals.
