*All students must purchase a 2022 Blue Moksha Arts t-shirt (No need to to purchase if you already have one from Spring 2022.) Link will be provided.
*Students dance barefoot in studio. Upon arrival, students will remove socks and shoes in studio.
*Students should wear comfortable clothing such as t-shirt and leggings/sweatpants. No dresses or skirts without leggings/biker shorts allowed.
*Hair must be pulled back/tied up.
*Make-up class is not provided for missed classes by student. Make-up is only provided should Moksha Arts cancel a class due to teacher emergency. We have 11/11 slated as a potenetial make-up class should we need one.

In accordance with the requirements issued by the City of New York that encompasses performance venues, everyone age 5+ entering Rehearsal Studios must present proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Children under the age of 5 are currently exempt from this requirement.
Parents and guardians are still not allowed to wait in the hallways while classes occur.
Masks are required in all common spaces, including hallways and restrooms. Masks will remain OPTIONAL in studio until further notice. We will notify all, should there be a change in this policy.

All sales are FINAL after the 2nd class of the semester. A refund will only be issued should a class be cancelled due to low enrollment or should a student choose to not continue after the 1st class.
Dance education requires “hands-on” instruction, as well as verbal instruction. Instructors will regularly correct children by touching their arms, legs, feet, hips, back and head to move them to the correct position. Instructors will also verbally correct students during class.
Moksha Arts does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies. Moksha Arts is not responsible for any injuries associated with any activities that occur during their instruction at the studio or the property. Additionally, Moksha Arts is not responsible for any injuries to guests of the students waiting in the waiting area.
Moksha Arts reserves the right to use all photos or videos of students for the purpose of advertising and or promotion of the studio. Names of students will not be used or disclosed.
Parents or students are not permitted to videotape any dance class and put it online or share on social media. All videos taken in class are solely for the purpose of home practice.Parents and students understand that for the safety of dancers and their families, all photos and/or videos of studio classes, rehearsals, including dances in studio costumes, will not be used, published or posted publicly in printed or electronic format without the express written permission of the studio and the director.
